Remote setup for Cisco phones
How do I forward calls to another number such as my mobile phone?
NOTE: Do this step from on-campus prior to working remotely.
NOTE: Do this step from on-campus prior to working remotely. Using your office phone:
- Press the βForward Allβ softkey.
- Then enter the call forward target phone number exactly as you would dial it from your phone.
- To verify that your calls are forwarded, look for the βForward Allβ icon in the line label, and the forwarding information in the header.
How do I forward calls to another campus number when I am off-campus?
Using an off-campus phone
- Go to the my.atsu.edu portal
- Find the Cisco phone system icon
- You can use the search feature if needed
- Authenticate with your ATSU credentials (not your email address)
- You may be prompted to change your PIN. Just go ahead and change to a PIN you can easily remember.
- Choose the phones tab (upper left)
- Under the phones tab, scroll down to call forwarding
How to check your voicemail remotely
- From a remote phone, dial your 10-digit office number.
- You should hear the opening greeting.
- Hit ‘*’ at the opening greeting
- It will ask you for your extension and phone password
- You should now be able to listen to your voicemail.
How do I check voicemail from my remote computer?
