  • Gmail Forwarding with Filters

    1. Click the gear icon in the top right corner of your Gmail window and select “See all settings.”
    2. Go to the “Filters and Blocked Addresses” tab.
    3. Click on “Create a new filter.”
    4. Set the filter to forward emails based on the sender, recipient, keywords in the subject line, or other criteria.
      • Example: Joe wants to forward all incoming emails from “xyz sender” to another email address. He would put the “xyz sender” address in the “From” line and select “Create filter” to select which action will occur next.

Note: The first time you forward an email to a new address, the recipient will receive a message asking them to approve the forwarding.
