ATSU alumni access

ATSU alumni access provides different services from those you used as a student. Your alumni account will stay active as long as you login via the my.atsu.edu portal at least once every 6 months. If you haven’t logged in to ATSU for more than a year, you may need to reset your password. Use the password reset link on the ATSU portal login screen – my.atsu.edu. Your new ATSU login will require multi-factor authentication (MFA). To setup MFA, follow the instructions on this page.

If you no longer have an account, you will need to complete the Alumni portal access form. Portal activation may take 3-5 working days. After ATSU alumnus status is verified and the portal account is created, Alumni Relations will send an email to the graduate with their username and password.

  • Consider transferring your ATSU contacts to your personal email account

Other G Suite applications

You will retain access to Google Drive and Gsuite applications as long as you log in to your ATSU account every six months.

Office 365 accounts

For those with Office 365 accounts, ITS will disable those accounts on the aforementioned November 1 date. If you have files in One Drive that you want to retain, you should move them to another storage source prior to the November 1 change over.
