Academic Technologies offers support to our university programs planning offsite events throughout the year. While we cannot supply audio-visual equipment or event staffing, our team can help ensure your event’s technology needs are well-planned and executed by providing:
- AV Consultations to help you determine your technical needs
- Quote Guidance and Review to assist in evaluating vendor proposals and help you understand the costs associated with your event’s AV requirements
- Liaison Support with the venue’s AV team for seamless coordination prior to your event
- Live Stream Production to broadcast university-wide events, such as Commencement and White Coat Ceremonies, to a wider, virtual audience
Please note: We are generally not able to provide AV equipment (such as microphones, speakers, or projectors), event labor, or guarantees about vendor costs. We recommend working with a dedicated event rental or production company to ensure a successful offsite event.
