Performance Reporting

Supporting the daily operations of the university is a primary goal for the Office of Information Technology and Services (ITS). As a service department,  we recognize our need to satisfy customer demands and provide quality services. ITS captures a large number and variety of measurements to monitor and evaluate our performance from each area of the department.
